Goal

We have an MHE system, that replace the WMS put to store functionality. The system in created with MHE code = ODS and the Use Consolidate & Distribute Allocs flag is set to yes.

When users do a shortpick while doing the distribution of the LPNs, the ODS system sends the FROM_MHE_DISTRIBUTION_SHORT interface to report the shorpick, all the updates are done correctly except to the order, where the allocated quantities are not reduced.

How can we fix this ?
