Learning Specialist can't search for, see, or manage Communities created by other Learning Specialist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups >
2. Learning >
3. Learning Catalog >
5. Create community and add another learning specialist as manager
6. Login as other learning specialist
7. Check in My Client Groups >
8. Learning >
9. Learning Catalog >
10. Communities and search for the newly created one
11. Notice you cannot see the community
