Unable To Import Receipt Lockbox Requires A Bank Origination Number (Doc ID 2760404.1)

Symptoms



When attempting to import receipts using Lockbox,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Lockbox requires a bank origination number. Define a bank origination number for the lockbox.
AR_PLB_BAD_ORIGIN



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the data file for Lockbox import
2. Import the lockbox file and verify the errors
3. Receipts not imported due to invalid Bank Origination Number

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Lockbox Receipts.
