Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an e-mail notification is sent for a service request. The value for the SR status (or other attributes) is shown in English rather than the users preferred language.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that all attributes in the e-mail will be translated to the expected language
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an outbound e-mail template in Spanish that includes the 'status' attribute.
2. Send an outbound e-mail from a service request
3. The e-mail is received in Spanish except for the SR status. It is in English
