Output Format Dropdown is Blank in P6 for Certain Report Templates (Doc ID 2760915.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When the user selects a specific report template, the Output Format dropdown on the Run Report window is blank and does not display a list of values for the Output Format.

The user can't select any values and therefore can't run the report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The user should be able to select an Output Format no matter what report and template is selected.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Login to P6 Web
  2. Navigate to Reports tab
  3. Select a report and click Run
  4. Select the problematic Template
  5. Notice the Output Format dropdown does not display any values (this occurs for both File and Email Delivery Type)
