Symptoms
Getting the following Alert when using Excel Template in BI Report:

Internal <Bug: 28468417> : SUM WITH NEGATIVE AND NON-NEGATIVE NUMBERS RETURNS NEGATIVE ZERO NOT RECOGNIZE
Created a custom data template with some positive and negative number and uses the sum function to create xml output which will then use an Excel template to display the output.
The result of the sum will be zero.
If the last number in the list of numbers is negative then the result is a negative zero.
