Goal

Change Personal Info Notification (FYI) customization not taking effect.

Modified 2 of the notifications in order to mask Date of Birth and SSN for the employee when HR makes change to those specific field .
Company security policy does not allow those sensitive information being show up in email.

You changed template PersonalInfomationRF.rtf and PersonalInformation_Biographical.rtf where added ******** for Proposed and old DOB
However, actual values are appearing instead.

Tried to clear cache in xmlpserver. Also setup Profile BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME and set to 15.
Tried making a small change to Data Model SQL query to trigger the change but no luck.
