Symptoms

An Identity Domain user's Email was updated by using CSV Import via OCI Console. Then, the following error occurs when reverting the same user's Email in the OCI Console to the original value.

Revert Email to original value in the OCI Console.

<USER1_changed>@<COMPANY>.com ==> <USER1>@<COMPANY>.com
