Symptoms

 Read Only Attachment Introductory Text Box Not Displayed While Sending Offer To Candidate.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1.  Recruiting
  2. Access the Candidate Submission in which an offer needs to be extended
  3. More Actions > Extend Offer
  4. Choose Email as Method > Select Template for offer > Click Next
    Note: Message template needs to be read-only attachment
  5. Notice under the comments box no additional box is displayed to add introductory text to Read Only Attachment
