Symptoms

A user gets the following error when trying to create a Learning Section in a Development Plan:

This page couldn't be displayed because the news feed configuration settings have recently changed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to My Client Groups->Career Development.
  2. Go to Development Plan and click ADD.
  3. Select Learning Section and the error appears.
