Records Stuck in Work Order Transaction Interface tables (Doc ID 2762712.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Work Orders

Work order material transaction and work order resource transaction and work order operation transaction still reside in the manufacturing interface tables;
When end user try to close the work order the following error is prompted :

ERROR

JOP278973 : You can't update to Closed status if pending transactions exist. Purge the stuck or pending transactions. Also, check for corrections in the import process. (WIE-XXXXXXX)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Production planner release the work orders from planning ;

Work orders are created with Unreleased status ;
The store change the status to release ;
Then Execute ;

When Requested quantity is completed automatic the completion of the work order –completed status

Search the work order in Manufacturing workbench
Click on Mass Action
Choose Close option
Close date: 28.2.2021
Click ok

Due to this issue, users cannot close work orders
