Symptoms
Problem Description:
When attempting to delete a candidate application that is in an inactive state (Rejected by Employer) with no job offers ever created or extended, the following error is received:
The job application for candidate XXXXX wasn't deleted. Only inactive or unconfirmed job applications can be deleted (IRC-1590078).
