Actual Behavior

Report Email link is downloaded in invalid format using Google Chrome

Expected Behavior:

Report email link should be downloaded in excel format

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run an online report with big size more than 5 MB or so from OTM and
receive the report to your email address.
2. User should receive a link of the report, click on it to start downloading it.
3. Ones it gets downloaded successfully into your local drive, the file
appear as glog.webserver.mail.MailFileServlet whereas it should be the in
the format of report.xls
