ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

First page of Contract Template Is Empty

If we download Contract template or BPA files, it has empty page after "Contract Terms and Condition" section,
It is supposed to have the Table of Contents

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No blank pages should be available
