HR HelpDesk: 'The Value Of The Attribute Reported By Party ID Isn't Valid' Error Message (Doc ID 2763733.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Service Request

When Employee attempting to create service requests, the following error occurs.

 

ERROR

'The value of the attribute Reported by Party ID isn't valid'.

 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to the Application as Employee User (have Only Employee Role)
2. Home -> Navigator -> Help Desk -> HR Service Requests
3. Click Create Service Request -> Fill the required fields value
4. Save & Close -> Getting the below error message
The value of the attribute {ATTRIBUTE_NAME} is not valid.

Note: Customer has created a custom Employee role

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Employees cannot create service requests.

Changes

 Customer has created a customer Employee role. The ootb Employee role is working fine.
