Why the Number of Columns in SAFT_GL_JOURNALS File Has Changed after 21A Update? (Doc ID 2763827.1)

Goal

Before 21A update, there were 30 columns for the different segments of the accounting key.
After the update to 21A, there are only 20 columns for the accounting key.

Why did the number of columns in SAFT_GL_JOURNALS file change after the 21A upgrade?
