Unassigning Application Access Fails With "Error while deleting user. You cannot delete a user when he/she is logged in" (Doc ID 2764041.1)

Symptoms

Using Primavera Administration (Cloud administration), when attempting to UNASSIGN application access, the following error is returned:

To view the error, in the upper right of the screen, click the number that is inside of a circle, and view the associated log.
