How To Restrict Access To Custom and Other Folders in Reports and Analytics As All Users Have BI Consumer Role (Doc ID 2764614.1)

Goal

All users (even basic Employee users) have BI Consumer Role. In Security Console these users were not assigned BI Consumer Role in any of the Job/Abstract roles.  But when checked in Reports and Analytics, under My Accounts, all the basic users have been assigned to role "BI Consumer Role".  

How to restrict the access to Reports and Analytics to basic users, because of this role users can still see the Custom and other folders.
