1. Assigning the task of creating an expense report to someone else, will this person have access to modify the bank account? If so, is there approval from the employee who assigned this task to create / change the account? (The customer is afraid and does not want to take the risk of fraud of a bank account being replaced by another one without his consent).

2. After sending the expense report for approval, I made the change to the bank account. At what time is this information updated for the payment of the expense report?
