Timezone for Assets Seem to be Incorrect (Doc ID 2765075.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Asset was set to display during a specific time period using a local timezone (such as EST) but it did not go live at the configured time, instead displaying 5 hours later.  This seems to indicate that it was using UTC instead of EST.


This only occurs when using a custom overlay which uses getHours() to interpret the current date and time when displaying assets.
