Symptoms

Global Search was previously working for Purchase Requisition Search and it now returns an error.

FND-6603 Search is not currently available
Cause You do not have permission or an application error has occurred.
Action Try the search again or contact your system administrator

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Global Search
2. Enter Requisition #
3. Search
4. Error
