Symptoms

On : 19.12 version, Unifier Application

Custom Reports/Prints- not able to Publish

Custom Reports/Prints publishing in Unifier fails with either of the below errors

ERROR
-----------------------
Internal error : Server is not accessible. Please contact your administrator

The Unifier.log has the below error 

...#c<skire.report.bip.customprint.CustomPrintBulkDataSets> Exception in building query for li_ca
[root] java.lang.NullPointerException

Also, trying to generate a Sample XML Data for the Custom Template returns: 'Loading Sample data Failed'
