User With No Management/Review Access Duty Can Create A New Allocation Via Copy (Doc ID 2765503.1)

Symptoms

A user with no MANAGEMENT/REVIEW access duty can create a new allocation using option “Copy Allocation”

Steps to replicate:
1. Set up a user with the below privileges:
[Job] ALC_COM_DIRECCION_JOB_PREPROD
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_AUTO_QUANTITY_LIMITS_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_AUTO_QUANTITY_LIMITS_SEARCH_PRIV
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_AUTO_QUANTITY_LIMITS_VIEW_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_SEARCH_PRIV
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_VIEW_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_VIEW_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_SEARCH_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_SEARCH_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_SIZE_PROFILE_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_SIZE_PROFILE_SEARCH_PRIV

2. Login Alloc with that user
3. Open an existing allocation
4. Use option “Copy Allocation”
