User With Duty Auto_Quantity_Limits_Inquiry_Duty Can Delete Auto Qty Limits (Doc ID 2765505.1)

Symptoms

A user with only VIEW access duty to QUANTITY_LIMITS is able to delete records

Steps to replicate:

1. Setup a user with the below privileges:
[Job] ALC_COM_DIRECCION_JOB_PREPROD
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_AUTO_QUANTITY_LIMITS_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_AUTO_QUANTITY_LIMITS_SEARCH_PRIV
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_AUTO_QUANTITY_LIMITS_VIEW_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_SEARCH_PRIV
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_VIEW_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_VIEW_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_SEARCH_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_LOC_GROUPS_SEARCH_PRIV
[Duty] ALC_ALLOC_SIZE_PROFILE_INQUIRY_DUTY
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_SIZE_PROFILE_SEARCH_PRIV
[Privilege] ALC_ALLOC_SIZE_PROFILE_VIEW_PRIV

2. Login Alloc with that user
3. Access auto quantity limits screen
4. Query for existing values
5. Select one of the result records
6. Press delete and confirm
