Symptoms

19C GI upgrade precheck fails with the following error.

 Log /home/opc/.pilotBase/logs/pilot_<timestamp> shows:


Errors : The database clone_uat is not enabled so skipping database.
, The database encr_uat is not enabled so skipping database.
, The database irmcdb_uat is not enabled so skipping database.
, The database uat11gdb is not enabled so skipping database.
, The database UAT2 is not enabled so skipping database.
, The database uat218ch is not enabled so skipping database.
....
ERROR:Dangling Databases are : clone_uat encr_uat irmcdb_uat uat11gdb UAT2 uat218ch
