Problem Description:

When clicking on the LinkedIn Recommended Matches tab, the following message is displayed:

Your Recommended Matches Are Coming Soon

LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) is enabled, but the setting "send jobs as private" is marked as "Yes" in synchronization settings.
