ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot uncheck Active Only box in Maintain Discount Lists ADFDI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to check the Active Only box, not the text to change it.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pricing Administration.
2. Mange Discount Lists.
3. Actions/Download Spreadsheet to Maintain Discounts Lists.
4. Open/Login.
5. Go to tab - Manage Discount Rules.
6. Hit Search.
7. Active rules only - not able to uncheck.
8. But can click on the text and it will uncheck.
