ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Purchase Orders are Stuck in Pending Approval Even after approving the document

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Purchase Orders to go to Open Status


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate > Procurement > Purchase Order
3. Create PO and Submit for approval
4. Approve by Approvers
5. Status Stuck in Pending Approval
