STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Inventory Transactions Import Template
2. Enter data in INV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE Tab with TRANSACTION_QUANTITY AS 10
3. Enter data in INV_TRANSACTION_LOTS_INTERFACE Tab for Lot_Number: TESTLOTXXX with TRANSACTION_QUANTITY AS 10. SUBLOT_NUM = TESTLOTYYYAND PARENT_LOT_NUMBER = TESTLOTXXX
4. Import Template
5. Navigate to Pending Transactions UI and find transaction with Error: Error during processing
