P6 Professional for EPPM Freezes or Is "Not Responding" After Successful Login.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After login to P6 Professional, the application freezes and the user cannot continue.
Some users receive the "Not Responding" error when opening up Projects and others get the same error when opening layouts in activities.
After login completes, the user should be able to navigate within P6 Professional without delay.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional.
2. Observe the login completes, but, the application freezes and the user cannot navigate within the application.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot utilize P6 Professional.
