Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Individual Compensation and Administer Compensation task pages does not load as expected when clicking on the task.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The task page should load as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Compensation dashboard
2. Click on Individual Compensation and Administer Compensation tasks
3. See that the pages do not load

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is not allowing for these pages to be loaded and the tasks used.
