Oracle has worked on methods to effectively triage and troubleshoot issues customers face on the Digital Self Service Web Portal. One workflow implemented to assist this goal is the use of an “opower-correlation-id”. This ID will allow Oracle to pull related logs and increase the efficiency of resolution.
