Symptoms

After Upgrading Grid version from 19.7 to 19.10, The OCR location in an ASM disk group is inaccessible.

SQL> alter diskgroup DATA mount;
alter diskgroup DATA mount
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15400: not running on supported ASM appliance

Error Details in /u01/app/grid/diag/crs/<nodename>/crs/trace/crsd.trc

 

Changes

 Applied 19.10 Grid DB system patch.
