Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom data security is not restricting HR REP to view the individual compensation plan (ICP)for employees above level5.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the security to be in place and not allow the HR REP to view the individual compensation details for employees above level5.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to person management

2. Query for a level5 and above employee

3. Able to manage the individual compensation
