Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Item Management

While updating item attribute related to min-max planning getting an error "bitIndex < 0: -1".

ERROR

bitIndex < 0: -1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PIM>Manage Item> Edit Item
2. Specification Tab> Under Planning> Update the Min-Max quantity
3. Save. Observed the error
