On : 20.12.1.3 version, Unifier Application
When the Data Element properties are set to Read-Only in uDesigner:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some fields are editable at the run time even after read only in design
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Read only Fields from Design should also be read-only at Run Time
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login into Primavera Unifier Environment
- Go to Udesigner: A Non-Workflow Business Process (BP) Form and confirm Fields are read only as per design, e.g., Record No., Creation Date, Last Update Date, etceteras
- At run time, Open any record of the Non Workflow BP and click on Edit
- Observe Read-only fields are editable
