Goal

While testing different use cases for the integration between Oracle Project Financial Management Cloud and Microsoft Projects (MS), we moved a task in the MS Project plan and this action changed the attribute "Outline Number" which is supposed to be sycnhronized with Oracle's Task Number.

But after synchronizing the update PS Plan to Oracle, the task number did not change. Why is this?
