How to set Account default Search as 'Starts With' and All others Objects with 'Contains' (Doc ID 2769507.1)

By default the the search in CX Sales has 'Contains' clause when we enter any text in the 'Find' box. We need to enable 'Starts With' on the Accounts screen only.

In order to achieve this, we used profile option 'ZCA_LM_FIND_USE_STARTSWITH' but this enables 'Starts With' search on all the objects but we only need it on the Accounts Object.

We see a Profile option ZCA_LM_FIND_ACCOUNTS_USE_STARTSWITH in our instance but we are unable to locate relevant documentation explaining this Profile code
