Getting Error "ORA-20001: There Is No Currency Conversion Rate Defined From <currency1> To <currency2>" When Trying to Import Assets through FBDI spreadsheet into Tax Book (Doc ID 2769684.1)

Symptoms

Getting Following Error When Trying to Import Assets through FBDI spreadsheet into Tax Book:

ERROR:
ORA-20001: There is no currency conversion rate defined from <currency1> to <currency2> on <date> for rate type <rate type name> for module <module name>.

STEPS:

  1. fill in FBDI mass additions spreadsheet with asset data for tax book addition. Populate the FA_MC_MASS_RATES sheet with custom exchange rates.
  2. import zip with CSV files.
  3. run Post Mass Additions
  4. get error in process log and in the Additions Infotile
