Delay Of 5 Seconds Or More Pulling Up Item After Scanning During Transfer Receiving on SOCS Mobile (Doc ID 2769891.1)

Symptoms

During Transfer Receiving on the Retail Store Operations Cloud Service (SOCS) UI, item scan takes anywhere between 2 to 5 seconds per item scan. This slows done the receiving process when there are a large number of items per container.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Login to SOCS
2. Select Shipping/Receiving > Transfer Receiving
3. Select Container and select a Delivery
4. On the Container Items screen, scan items
5. It takes a few seconds before the items are retrieved and qty updated
