"Unknown Error : 1270001" When Trying To Get Data From PBCS (Doc ID 2770341.1)

Symptoms

You have configured the connection to PBCS as per the instructions on KM Doc 2342461.1 but when trying to create an analysis and get  the results the following error is displayed:
