IBLPN’s Lock Code Missed After Palletizing To Reserve Location

Symptoms
IBLPN (inbound license plate number) with lock code is missing the lock after palletizing.
Also, the lock code used has parameter 'Unlock on locate to Reserve' = FALSE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place lock code on LPN, which is assigned to dock.
2. Receive shipment at dock.
3. Palletize one of the LPNs from shipment on pallet in reserve location.
4. After palletizing, then the lock code is removed.
