Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
POs are showing up on the Accrual Reconciliation Report between Dec-20 and Jan-21. The POs showing up for January end report that were not there on the December end report. These are old test PO's from before go live.
These do not show when ending date was 12/31/2020 however they do show when ran with 1/31/21.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

These PO were finally closed why did they show on the report

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. receipt accounting
2. run accrual reconciliation report between Dec-20 and Jan-21
