OMC: Log Analytics: Log Explorer Shows Garbled Characters in Database Audit XML Logs (Doc ID 2770814.1)

Symptoms

The "xml, extended" parameters are set to AUDIT_TRAIL for a database that was created in Database Cloud Service.
The generated XML was associated with the log source of Log Analytics "Database Audit XML Logs" to refer to it with Log Explorer.

However, Log Explorer shows garbled Japanese language characters of SQL containing Japanese.




The actual XML file shows normal text strings.
