Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Analytics

Customer is facing an issue intermittently on BI Publisher.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BI Publisher send email failing intermittently.

Since environment migration to OCI customer detected several random failures when BI Publisher is sending email (delivery option).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The email sending from BIP should work fine as expected.
