Symptoms
A split from active transaction was done using an existing IBLPN (inbound license place number) that resides in a different lock code than the active location. If the user is prompted to enter a location and if location is not entered (example - user backs out with Ctrl-X or system times out), then the LPN is assigned both lock codes.
