Goal

Qn1:On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Loyalty Transactions

Reward Transaction not creating after job execution
Set an event reward for a specific program and the reward was not given to the member that we expected.

### Event Reward Configuration:
Member Attribute: MemberAttribute1
Substracted Days: 0
Added Days: 0
Cooling off period in weeks: 0
Ignore Year: N
Active: Y

### Transaction Attributes
Attribute: Points
Fixed Value: 50000

The Behaviour we expect:
If MemberAttribute1 == today, then give reward.

(MemberAttribute1 is set to Today's date)
