Talent Profile Diagnostic tests are aimed at helping users troubleshoot issues in their talent profiles application. During setup or use of talent profile, user might encounter various issues, and if they can't figure out the cause, running the diagnostic tests and looking at the output will give them additional insight into the issue, and how they can resolve it. If user is still not able to resolve their issues after looking at the diagnostic output, they can contact Oracle Support and share the diagnostic output for help in resolving their issue. The diagnostic output will have data about Customer's setup which they can manually verify. Seeing all the data in one place will make it easy to verify the setup. In addition, the diagnostic test checks for certain setup conditions which are not commonly used and may possibly lead to confusing outcome. These are presented as warnings in the diagnostic output, and Customer/Support can review the warning to check if the scenario makes sense for their specific use case. There could also be some issues with the setup or data which need to be corrected for the system to work properly, and these are presented as error messages in the diagnostic output. These need to be corrected using the suggested corrective action that is presented.
