Symptoms

When overwriting the tax amount for the invoice the tax rate is incorrectly
displayed in the Manage Tax Details page.

The issue is not reproducible when there is only one item line or two item
lines using same withholding tax. It is reproducible when there are two item
lines with different withholding tax codes.
