oj-oce-list runtime ui issues in Visual Builder Cloud Application

When there are more than 10 content items rendered in the UI, depends on the list-view options (horizontal and vertical) selected,

1) UI does not show all content items in vertical list-view
2) UI looks crushed or squeezed in horizontal list-view
